How do I care for my flowers?

To prolong the beauty of your flowers and foliage we advise against positioning them in sunlight as over time this may result in fading and discolouration.

Flowers can be placed in water for short periods (eg. for photo shoots) however it is best to avoid longer periods of water exposure as this may cause the wire inside the stems to rust.

Avoid positioning flowers in close proximity to candles as they may burn the delicate materials the flowers are made from.

Flower stems are made of wire and plastic and can easily be bent or cut to fit your chosen vase.

How will my order be packaged?

All flower and foliage stems will be placed in tissue paper and boxed in order to protect them from any damage that could occur in the shipping process.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders will be boxed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders are shipped via Australia Post and Sendle and delivery times may vary.

As a guide, most orders within Australia are usually delivered within 2-7 business days from sent date.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer a 'Fixed Rate' shipping fee of $7.95 on all orders to any address in Australia.

Shipping to USA and NZ will be available soon.

What is the minimum and maximum order quantity?

We do not enforce a minimum or maximum order quantity. You can order as little or as much as you like.

The product I want is out of stock, Will you be getting more?

That's a tough one and we know it's not ideal but the honest answer is maybe we will and maybe we wont. We order our products from multiple Australian suppliers and we can only order what they have in stock at the time. Most of these suppliers change their stock regularly so the products they stock varies from week to week. While we can put in requests for them to restock certain products what they choose to stock is ultimately up to them.

If you see a product in our store that you like it is best not to wait too long to purchase in order to avoid missing out.

If there is a product you have seen in store previously that you would like us to restock please contact us and let us know so that we can keep an eye out for this item when we are next purchasing new stock.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on purchases for change of mind. At Faking Beautiful we do everything possible to provide you with an accurate representation of our products. Please feel free to ask us any questions prior to the purchase of our products as we are more than happy to address any concerns you may have.
